AMENITIES
All spa guests receiving treatments will have complimentary use of the fitness center, outdoor spa terrace, Swiss showers, eucalyptusinfused steam room, indoor lap pool and Jacuzzi. Lockers, robes and slippers will be provided upon check-in for spa. Please ensure that you leave amenities in locker upon check-out.

I-SPA CUISINE
Enjoy a balanced and healthy meal while you lounge during or between treatments.

iPODS
To enhance your stay, all of our treatment rooms have been wired for iPod access. We invite you to bring in your iPod or choose a playlist from our customized music menus to enjoy during your treatments.

YOGA
Yoga classes on our outdoor terrace are offered regularly. Please call the Spa Reception Desk at 415-616-6597, or hotel extension 6597, to receive information on the yoga class schedule.

OUTDOOR TERRACE
Please note that all outdoor treatments, classes and amenities are weather permitting.

SPA ETIQUETTE
We encourage you to arrive 30–60 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to relax and enjoy our steam room, indoor pool and spa terrace.

RESERVATIONS
We recommend that you make your spa reservations in advance of your arrival. Reservations can be made by calling the Spa Reception Desk at 415-616-6597 or hotel extension 6597. For guests that are not staying in the hotel, a credit card is required to secure your appointment. If you have any special physical or medical
considerations, please notify the spa so that we can best prepare for your treatment.

CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
Because your Spa appointments are reserved specifically for you, we ask that you notify the Spa a minimum of 6 hours in advance should you need to cancel or re-schedule to avoid a 50% charge for the service. All no-show appointments will be
charged at full value. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, so as not to inconvenience other spa guests.

CELL PHONES
Out of respect for other guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off before entering the spa.

TREATMENT ATTIRE
Service providers will step out of treatment room and give all guests a moment to undress to their comfort level and settle into treatment table. Our professional therapists are trained in appropriate draping techniques.

GENDER PREFERENCE
If you have a preference for a specific gender to perform your treatment, please advise us at the time of your booking.

GRATUITIES
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all spa treatment prices upon check-out. Should you wish to increase or reduce this amount based on your service satisfaction, please notify a spa coordinator upon check-out. Envelopes are provided at the front desk should you wish to leave a cash gratuity.

AGE
Spa Services are provided to guests 13 years and older. An adult must accompany guests under the age of 18.

I-Spa Gift Cards are available to purchase for any special occasion. Whether for an anniversary, birthday or holiday gift, a congratulations or thank you gift, what better way to say you care than with a gift from I-Spa? Gift cards can be purchased in person, over the phone, or online. I-Spa Gift Cards are beautifully packaged and can be used for spa services as well as in our spa boutique.
